46 Bear - Plug Cover 1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miqDvFaShw8 Safety comes through quickly, can be stopped with slide protect though

yeah ive seen those 3 i didnt post them becuase i use NYJ book which is my fav for 3-4 and it doesnt carry 46 bear or nickle strong. but 46 bear is solid for a gap heat definately good find

i dont like outside Blitz though, too easy to throw slants

if yuo can get A gap pressure early and they are smart enoguh to flip the play twice and block a RB or slide protect pinch outside blitzes, in general can kill especially with BnR which will fuck those slants
