Probably Halo because the engine that they use is probably a lot stronger and they can do things with the AI that the Wii just can't. The graphics are better too, but that's definitely not why it's probably a better game.

i think if u put them both on the same system id take the conduit but 360 is no match fort he wii. halo wins over conduit

i say the conduit because motions are way better then the 360 controller that i cant use that good and isnt as fun. gameplay is better than graphics and id say i like the conduit better for that. The conduit's graphics arent bad anyways.
