How come you always back out of games when we get matched up?

i dont really like playing when ppl milk the clock at any point in the game, the game shaves enough time off as it is. in the NFL some teams may milk the clock but they play full 15 min quarters, this version is not even full 5 min quarters since 5 secs get shaved off of every possession change. i really dont think there is an appropriate time to milk the clock in this game since its so high paced. last time we played u ran the clock down to 1 atleast once on every drive and started every play early in the 4th. in ur league agreement u even claimed that u were gonna start milking in the 4th(cause thats what a real team would do). i just prefer to play people that would rather play it out than watch the clock tick, personal choice.

Huh, I don't remember milking the clock. I do tend to run lots of motion, sorry that takes a while, maybe you could ask the wii guys to make it easier.

hey there are guys i avoid - personal choice. maybe because of excessive celebration, milking clock, unstoppable adrian peterson - whatever. but i do not call them out on it, i just don't play them - no harm no foul. No need to make a big deal in my opinion. you asked and he told you why in what looks like a pretty rational and unemotional explanation. He never posted or called you out. It is no big deal to him obviously so don't take offense just understand that for HIM it is not fun to play you and fun is the whole point. i get your explanation too and it makes sense because if i am checking for blitzes i can run it down too. No need to be defensive when a guy answers your question. you need to be on his no play list and you are.

EDIT: on second thought this post is the posterchild for things better handled by PM. Jpfurry if you are out there agreed? lol. I was a jerk one time and sent him one that looked it was written by somone with tourettes syndrome. he did nothing wrong and had i posted it out here it would have been a serious injustice and probably got me banned. so take note guys and thanks JP for beng cool...........

This is why it is better to have people who are at least 18 years or older on a Madden site. Good to see mature players working out a minor conflict between them and moving on with it.

Hey PH2, we got randomly matched the other night. I was kinda worried about that game with you being the chargers. I had a good game, especially on offense and I had no problem with the way you played, GG!

Well you can certainly act older than you really are. I just used it as kind of a "medium" i guess. Plus I am 18 lol.

chack- why won't you play me online? You always dodge me if we match up randomly. It hardly seems worthwhile to be a top 20 player if you are always ducking the competition.

well i do believe im 0-3 or 0-4 against you so u cant really say we havent played. read my reply to PH2 and add that i prefer not to play guys that use a team that does most of the work.+ youre a severe clock milker. i dont have to play anyone that i dont want to so i dont see what the big deal is. im far from ducking competition though i think since most of my games are played against top guys. just think about how many times the clock hit 1 last time we played, and hopefully realize why i dont see any need to play u again

I'm starting to see a common thread here whatthedeuce, as I too have a winning record against chacklfalco. We are both accused of milking the clock all game and being cheap players. I'll play you anytime whatthedeuce.

i haven't played ph2 but i have played wtd many of times. he does not milk. he is one the most fair players i know. and i agree, pms would work a lot better for these kinds of problems. but don't just claim people are clock milkers when they are obviously not.

u guys asked and i answered, i get ducked all the time and just figure its because the other guy doesnt wanna play me. if i was curious as to why id probably PM him. this stuff wasnt a big deal until it got posted. i felt that PH2 ran too much clock for my tastes, not enough to be posted as a cheater, just too much for me. WTD milked alot off the last time we played, that along with the fact that i dont facing the "Golden team" is why i duck him, i duck a guy named darthbobo because i think he lacks versatility, and i duck boricua711 because everyone says to.

Ok, last thing I'll say on this-- chack... bullshit. I NEVER run the clock unless its appropriate to do so. Also, the "golden team"? Come on man, the Steelers, and Giants are better teams on Madden than is Minnesota, and I never use them. I use the Vikings because I've been a long-time Vikings fan. I'd play you with anyone. Just stop bullshitting everyone and man up to reasonable challenges.

At first I wondered if I really run clock all game like you said and I just don't realize it. Looking at my stats, my TOP is 6 minutes, which looks average for someone with a winning record and is barely more than yours. My number of plays is average as well.
I'm thinking now that you just make up weak excuses because you don't like getting beat.
