The basic structure of the NWL Series on the NWL is pretty simple:
• We will have a mini-season (16 teams 8 weeks) where based on your finish will earn you points. The better you do the more points you will earn
• The top 4 in each conference advance to the post-season and based on how well you do the more points you earn.
• During the season there will be tournaments where the better you do at the tournament the more points you earn
• NWL Match Play will allow everyone to compete against NWL Players to earn points and improve their NWL Ranking
• The playoffs will be one final Tournament the NWL Series CHAMPIONSHIP Tournament.
NWL Series Playoffs:
At the conclusion of the NWL Series postseason, the Top 8 madden players on the points list advance into the playoffs, a bracket based on total points earned during the season mode and tournament mode. The Bracket will be 1 vs 8 2 vs 7 3 vs 6 and 4 vs 5. The winners will play until we have our final NWL Series CHAMPION
NWL Series Season will consist of 4 tournaments and a 8 week season and Match Play. This will be attempted to be completed as fast as possible
• You may enter as many tournaments as you like in the season but you will benefit if you do as many as you can or all 4 of them
• You will be awarded a set number of points based on how you place in a tourney
• You will be able to view the NWL Series Standings and they will be adjusted after each tournament is completed.
• At the end of the season when we have completed all 4 tourneys and the mini season the top 8 people in points on the leader board will enter into the FINAL NWL CHAMPIONS TOURNAMENT
You are expected to follow the league rules in all NWL Series games played
• You will be expected to accommodate to specific tournament rules and be aware of them before you start your games for that tourney
• Make sure you read the tourney description and rules well before you sign-up.
