Yeah, that pick was a little iffy. I changed it to an offensive lineman (probably a guard). I like it better now.

Hmm...very interesting. If Detroit's draft goes that well, I'll be very happy!

I'd go with Andre Smith at #3 over Mark Sanchez, but that'll depend on if Kansas City wants to go forward with Thigpen or not. Their O-Line is worse than Detroit's.

Percy Harvin to the Bucs at 19? I think that's a little high, but depends if the Bucs are that desperate.

    Other than that, pretty good.

Alright then, time to defend myself lol.

Heyward-Bey will only go that high if he has a strong offseason, which i expect him to do. He is a tremendous athlete and has great size to go along with it. Most Bears fans think that WR or a DE are the most pressing needs, and I don't see a DE that is left that is worth it (Maybin is vastly undersized at this point).

ItalianMafia hit it right on the head, KC's pick is going to be determined on whether or not they think Thigpen can be their QB. I am leaning towards that they will not because of a GM change and a possible/probable HC change. However, I do NOT think they will go OL because Albert has been very good for them this year and the other OL spots generally aren't taken top 3.

As for Harvin, most experts (I did a little research lol) think he is easily a top 10 talent if not for the injury concerns. I think he is just what TB needs, a guy to stretch the field and be a dynamic play-maker on offense. He's much more talented than the speed guy they took last year (Dexter Jackson) and he brings a lot more to the table, especially on screens and reverses. He'd also help out as a return man.

As for Crabtree, there are only 3 possible destinations for him IMO that are in the top 10. The highest I think he could go would be to KC, although I doubt they would take him because of other (bigger) needs. That leaves SEA and OAK. I think SEA passes on him because of their guys returning from injuries, and they really need a physical corner to go along with Trufant. Jennings is a nickel corner IMO. Crabtree may also fall because of a bad/average combine. Rarely do guys go top 5 when their timed speed isn't great. Larry Fitzgerald may be the exception to the rule, but Crabtree has nowhere near the vertical that he has.

Well after watching last years draft, I would say there is no way all those receivers will go in the first round. However, this years WR class looks alot more promising. I mean last year we had:

Donnie Avery, DeSean Jackson, Dexter Jackson, Limas Sweed, Eddie Royal...most of last years receivers were just these small, speedy receivers.

This year we have guys that are more well rounded. They actually have some height and leaping ability, with pretty good speed (not blazing speed like last year) to boot.
(Examples: Michael Crabtree and Derrius Heyward-Bey)

So anyway, I don't believe Kenny Britt will go in the first round, but I do think Crabtree, Harvin, and Heyward-Bey are first round material.

Note: Watch next year, I like Dez Bryant from Oklahoma State as a top WR prospect.

I like Arrelious Benn form Illinois as the top WR next year. Desmond Briscoe from Kansas is also goo, along with Dez. That's 3 GREAT WR prospects next year, it's been a while since that happened.

As for Britt, he is most definitely a first round pick. 6-4 215 and has great deep speed as well as strenght, he can also make the tough catches over the middle. Think Plaxico Burress minus most of the attitude.

I think Raji goes higher, word is he was unblockable and blowing every O lineman up at the Senior Bowl. Didn't see it but that is what the internets are saying.

I have a problem with your pick for the Texans, No. 15, Beanie Wells. There's no way we're picking a RB. We've already got Steve Slaton, who was a major contender for Rookie of the Year, and probably would have been ROY had he been on a better team. I would go Defensive there, probably a Cornerback or a Strong Safety. Our Secondary Fails. If we DO decide to go offensive, then it should be a Tackle. Our interior Line is decent, but not great, or Wide Recievers are pretty damn good, and Steve Slaton is beast.
There's no Way the Texans go Offensive in Round 1 though. Our offense last year was among the top-5 in the league last year in yardage if I remember correctly.

Yeah, the Texan pick was extremely hard with William Moore off the board. I'm making a new one soon, and there will probably be a ton of changes from top 10ish on down.

I highly doubt Eagles will draft Pettigrew with the 28th pick, he'll go a lot sooner, I say Beanie Wells with the 2nd pick and a OL with the 1st pick, since we need a complimentary back to back up B-West if he's not gonna be healthy, since he's possibly having surgery on his knee, and Buck will most likely be gone due to FA and we might not sign him back, and Booker needs to improve this offseason if he wants to stay. I say we get a WR in the 2nd round, don't know who though, we'll probably add a WR and/or FS from FA and not necessarily wait till Draft day to pick up a rookie, but that's my opinion...
